During the last 24 hours, the personnel within the Ministry of Administration and Interior recorded 239 events by completing their assignments in the field of public order and safety.

Police specialists identified 97 crimes out of which 34 of economic-financial nature and 42 of judicial nature. There had also been recorded 11 traffic accidents resulting in 2 deceased and 11 seriously injured persons.

Police effectives identified - during their specific actions and controls ment to fight against criminal phenomenon - 90 doers of certain crimes out of which 63 committed them during the last 24 hours and 13 was subject to manhunt. They also applied 6,900 sanctions for minor offences, the sum of the fees being about 3,3 billion Rol.

The Romanian Gendarmerie Units accomplished, during the above mentioned interval of time, over 2.721 missions for keeping and preserving the public order, using about 7.13 gendarmes.

In the same time, over 8,600 gendarmes guarded 1,088 objectives of high interest and about 990 gendarmes accomplished guard and intervention missions to the pipes for transporting the gas products on a distance of over 1,180 km.

The Border Police personnel applied 358 sanctions for minor offences of about 47 million Rol and took over in order to seize goods coming up to an amount over 1 billion Rol. A number of 6,503 Romanian citizens were not allowed to exit the country and 221 were returned based on readmission agreements.

The Millitary Firefighters intervened in the case of 70 events out of which 24 were fires and in 32 emergency situations granted the first-aid.
