PM Emil Boc has announced after the Executive meeting that the Executive endorsed the methodological norms for the “First silo” programme.
“The cereal producers can receive now the fair pay for their labor’s products”, PM Emil Boc has stated. Therefore, the farmers can deposit the cereals at authorized silos and can receive a deposit certificate they will use as guarantee to eventually contract a loan.
Also, the Head of the Executive has asked the Agriculture Ministry to solve within 10 days at maximum all requests pertaining to silos’ accreditation.
