The Executive has endorsed a Memorandum on the approval of the negotiation and signing of the Agreement between the Government of Romania and the Government of the Republic of Moldova, on the implementation of the non – refundable technical and financial assistance program worth 100 million EUR, Prime Minister Emil Boc has stated at the end of the weekly meeting held in Iasi.
On the basis of the Agreement between Romania and the Republic of Moldova, there will be annually agreed a program of cooperation for the implementation of this document, containing specific projects to be funded from this non – refundable aid.
The two sides will develop cooperation in transport infrastructure and in educational units sector.
The aid will be enforceable for a period of 4 years, as of 2010, Prime Minister Boc has stated.
