On today's meeting, the Government has approved the sale through open auction of some buildings under private state ownership and in the administration of the State Owned Company State Patrimony Administration (RA-APPS), the General Secretary of the Government, Mr. Gabriel Berca has stated
The decision adopted by the Government approves the list of buildings under private state ownership and the RA- APPS administration, destined to sale through open auction, within the law conditions Government Ordinance 19/ 2002, approved with amendments through Law 640/ 2002, with further amendments.
The buildings are not subject to any restitution application.
The money obtained further to the sale of buildings, under private state ownership and RA-APPS administration, are revenue to state budget, after the deduction of expenses occasioned by the organization and unfolding of the sale of the respective spaces, including the advertising and drafting of the evaluation report, sale related expenses, as well as the sums representing the value of the investment works.
The list of buildings administered by RA- APPS about to be sold through open auction is presented in the appendix.
