1. DRAFT EMERGENCY ORDINANCE for the amendment and completion of the Government no. 109/ 2005 on road transports
Note for editors: The normative act includes regulations on the unfolding of road public transport activity for persons, the regime of road vehicles as well as the documents necessary for transport operators.
DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISIONS
1. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION for the approval of the programs of national interest in the field of child rights' protection for 2008 - 2009
Note for editors: The normative act proposes the continuation of some of the national interest programs in the field of child rights' protection, which have begun over the past years, but also the initiation of a program aiming at the development of services for the child - offender.
2. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION on the earmarking of some sums from transfers from state to local budgets, stipulated in the budget of the Education, Research and Youth Ministry for 2008, for the financing of the purchase from owners of some restituted buildings for some state pre-academic educational units to carry out their activity
Note for editors: The normative act divides some sums from the budget of Ministry of Education, Research and Youth for 2008 to local budgets for the purchase of some restituted buildings, formerly educational units from their owners
3. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION on the approval of the financial aid from state budget with a view to achieving a project within the 2005 Cross- border cooperation/ neighborhood program between Romania and Ukraine
Note for editors: The normative act approves the financial aid from state budget for the improvement of environment protection and management in cross- border areas, within the 2005 cross border cooperation/ neighborhood program between Romania and Ukraine.
