1. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION on the approval of the methodological norms to implement the provisions of the Government Emergency Ordinance 64/ 2009 on the financial management of structural instruments and their use for the convergence objective;
2. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION on the amendment of the Executive Decision 925/ 2006 for the approval of the implementation norms of the provisions regarding public procurement contracts assigning, from the Executive Emergency Ordinance 34/ 2006 on the public procurement contracts, public works concession contracts and services concession contracts assigning;
