1. DRAFT EMERGENCY ORDINANCE on the conversion in shares of some amounts due to the state by the National Railway Company, CFR S.A, and amendment of the Executive Emergency Ordinance no.12/ 1998 on the railway transport, and reorganization of the Romanian Railway National Society;

DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION for the approval of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Romanian Government and the World Bank on the Partnership and Support for the Implementation of EU Structural and Cohesion Funds in Romania and Modernization of Public Administration, signed in Bucharest, on January 26, 2012;
3. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION for the approval of the privatization strategy of the Trading Companies of the Electricity Distribution Subsidiaries “Electrica Distributie Transilvania Sud” S.A., “Electrica Distributie Transilvania Nord”, S.A, and “Electrica Distributie Muntenia Nord” S.A, by methods specific to capital market;
4. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION for the approval of the list including three investment objectives within the Project “Integrate System for rehabilitation of water supply systems and sewerage, drinking water treatment stations and waste water treatment stations in localities with population below 50.000 inhabitants”, carried out by the Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism, as coordinator, through the National Investment Company “C.N.I” – S.A., as project implementation agency, as well as for the approval of the main characteristics and its technical- economic indicators;
5. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION for the amendment of point 44 from Addendum 2 of the Executive Decision 966/ 2011 for the approval of the Fields and the university specialization / curricula, structure of institutions of higher education, the fields and university programs accredited or approved to function temporarily, geographical locations, the number of transferable study credits for each program of university education, education form and teaching language and the maximum number of students who can be enrolled;
