1. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION on the passage from the State public sector in the State private property of some goods under the administration of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and leased to Transport Commercial Company the Bucharest Metro "Metrorex" - SA for getting them out of service and cassation;
2. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION on the administration by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, from the administration of Valea Ierii forest detour of a total area of 5161 square meters of land, public ownership of the state, which was subject to final removal of national forest fund in order to achieve the objective of national interest by the National Company of Motorways and National Roads in Romania SA for completion of "Highway Brasov - Cluj - Bors, District 2, Targu Mures - Cluj, Section 2B Campia Turzii - Cluj Vest”;
3. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION for amending the addendum to Government Decision no. 1553/2004 on some ways to stop illegal practices in the protection of collective interests of consumers;
