12. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION on the approval of revenue and expenditure budgets for the year 2010 of the transport company "Metrorex" – SA, under the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure’s authority;

13. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION for the approval of Agreement between the Government of Romania and Government of the Republic of Moldova on state border checkpoints between Romania and Moldova, signed at Bucharest, on November 13, 2009

14. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION on the transfer of a real estate in public state domain and from the administration of Health Ministry via National Institute of Transfusion Hematology "Prof.Dr.C.T.Nicolau", Blood Transfusion Center Sfantu Gheorghe, into the public domain of Sfantu Gheorghe municipality, and the administration of Local Council of Sfantu Gheorghe municipality, Covasna County, and the conveyance of administration rights for the real estate passed into the public domain of the State, through the Executive Decision nr.15/2010 of Local Council of Sfantu Gheorghe municipality and amendment of some legislative acts;

15. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION on transfer of the real estate "Tobacco warehouse”, located in the public domain of the State, from the administration of the Finance Ministry in the administration of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, for the National Museum Complex" Moldova "Iasi;

16. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION on the transfer of some real estate from the public domain of the State, into the administration of Ministry of Environment and Forests for the National Agency for Environment Protection;

17. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION for the amendment of Executive Decision nr.82/2010 on approval of the revenue and expenditure budget for the year 2010, of the Environment Fund of Environmental Fund Administration, as well as the list of programs funded by the Environmental Fund in 2010;
