1. DRAFT LAW for the ratification of the headquarters agreement between the Government of Romania and the International Organization of Francophonie on the Regional aerial of the International Organization of Francophonie near the Central and Eastern Europe states, signed in Bucharest, on April 21st 2008;

DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISIONS

1. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION on the completion of the appendix to the Government Resolution 720/ 2008 for the approval of the List including the known international names corresponding to medicines received by insured, with or without personal contribution, on the basis of medical prescription, in the health social security system;

2. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION on the amendment of the Government Decision 1197/ 2002 for the approval of the Norms on the materials and objects that come into contact with food;
3. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION for the approval of the amendments agreed, whereby exchange of letters signed in Bucharest on July 10th and October 29th 2008 and in Paris on December 11th, 2008 between the Government of Romania and the Development Bank of the Council of Europe, to the loan framework agreement between Romania and the Development Bank of the Council of Europe for financing “Initiative for Street children” project signed in Bucharest, on November 22nd 2005 and in Paris, on December 5th, 2005.
4. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION for the approval of the cooperation Protocol in agricultural field, signed in Marrakech, on November 7th, 2008, between the Agriculture and Rural Development Ministry from Romania and the Agriculture and Maritime Fishing Ministry from the Kingdom of Morocco;
5. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION on the methodology for the administration of the public state forest land by the National State Owned Company – Romsilva, for the setting up and functioning of the hunting and hunting farms;

11. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION for the approval of the unitary subsidy for ecology actions granted to “Romplumb”SA Baia Mare Trading Company;
