PRESS INFORMATION on the normative acts which may be included in the Working Agenda of the Romanian Government meeting of July 2nd, 10.00 a.m.
I. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISIONS
1. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION for updating the limit of the daily value for dairy and milk products provided to 1-8 grade pupils from state educational units, as well as for pre-school children from 4 hours program state kindergartens, for the approval of the contents/ technical specifications of the tender book for the contracts' assignment procedures aiming at supplying dairy and bread products to pupils and pre-school children.
Note for editors: The pupils from the 1-8 grade as well as the pre- school children from 4 hour program state kindergartens will receive as of September 2008, dairy and bread products in the limit of the daily value of 1, 17 lei / pupil, namely pre-school (compared to 1, 04 lei, established in September 2006). 2.150.000 children, on average, benefit yearly, of this social program.
2. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION for the approval of the framework - procedure on the organization, unfolding and assignment of the contracts to delegate the management of community services of public utilities, and of the framework - contract to delegate the administration of community services of public utilities
Note for editors: The normative act proposes the approval of the framework - procedure to establish the stages and the organization and unfolding of the process of delegation of the administration of the water supply system and the public service of supply with thermal energy.
3. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION on the approval of the Plan Schengen Facility 2007 - 2009 for assuring the financing granted to Romania by EU
Note for editors: The approved plan follows the model recommended by the European Commission that asked Romania to put forward an action plan for the implementation of the preliminary criteria necessary for accession to Schengen space. Thus, every section shows the relevant Schengen Acquis, describes the current situation, the legislative, institutional, administrative, technical measures mentioned for the adoption and implementation of the relevant Acquis proposes a calendar with precise deadlines and stipulates the institutions with responsibilities in the implementation of these measures.
4. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION on the supplementation of the budget of the Ministry of Interior and Administrative Reform from the budgetary reserve fund, at the Government disposal, stipulated in the state budget for 2008
Note for editors: The normative act stipulates the supplementation of the MIRA budget with a view to covering the expenses occasioned by the organization of events on the 130 th anniversary of Dobrogea's return to Romania.
5. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION for the approval of the Understanding between the Ministry of Education, Research and Youth from Romania, and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports from the Czech Republic, on cooperation in the field of education, signed in Prague, on January 22, 2008
Note for editors: According to the normative act, the Ministry of Education, Research and Youth from Romania and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports from the Czech Republic will cooperate in the field of education, especially in the pre-academic and academic education.
