1. DRAFT LAW for the ratification of the Agreement between the Government of Romania and the Government of the Kingdom of Norway on police cooperation, signed in Oslo on March 14, 2008
Note for editors: The agreement lays the bases of an efficient cooperation and reciprocal assistance for the prevention and fight against the threats to national security as well as with a view to preventing and discovering the offences of threat and injury, organized crime, illegal traffic of drugs and precursors, corruption, persons' trafficking and illegal immigration.
DRAFT EMERGENCY ORDINANCES
1. DRAFT EMERGENCY ORDINANCE on the designation of competent authorities for the coordination, monitoring, management and unfolding of non - refundable funds destined to financing the programs aiming at informing and promoting the agricultural products on domestic market and in third countries as well as for the completion of Law 1/ 2004 on the setting up, organization and functioning of the Agency for Payments and Intervention in Agriculture.
Note for editors: The Agriculture and Rural Development Ministry and the Agency for Payments and Intervention for Agriculture will receive specific contributions for the coordination, monitoring, management and unfolding of non - refundable funds destined to financing the programs of informing and promoting the agricultural products on domestic and third countries' market.
2. DRAFT EMERGENCY ORDINANCE on establishing the competence of supervising the fulfillment of the minor's obligation to perform a non - remunerated activity in a public institution, stipulated at Article 103 paragraph 3, letter C of the Criminal Code.
Note for editors: The normative act sets that the probation service by the tribunal in whose area the minor resides has the competence to supervise the fulfillment of the minor's obligation to perform a non - remunerated activity in a public institution, stipulated in the Criminal Code.
DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISIONS
1. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION on the supplementation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development's budget for 2008 from the budgetary reserve fund, at the Government's disposal, stipulated in the state budget for 2008.
Note for editors: The normative act supplements the budget of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for 2008 for the payment of the agricultural annuity. The quantum of the agricultural life annuity represents the lei equivalent of 100 EUR/ year for every alienated agricultural land hectare and the lei equivalent of 50 EUR/ year for every leased hectare.
