DRAFT LAWS
1. DRAFT LAW for the amendment of Law no. 109/ 2007 on the re-use of the information of public institutions
Note for editors: The normative act institutes the non- discriminatory character of the re-use of information and it will limit the cases in which an exclusivity right can be awarded in the situation in which such a right is necessary to carry out a public service.
DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISIONS
1. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION on the supplementation of the budget of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for 2008 from the Intervention Fund, at the Government disposal, stipulated in the state budget on 2008.
Note for editors: The budget of the Agriculture and Rural Development Ministry is supplemented to award compensations to agricultural producers for the calamity damage
2. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION for the approval of financial aid to be awarded for “Agro - Romania. Traditions and recognition” event to be carried out in Brussels on March 31 - April 2.
Note for editors: The event is destined to promote the Romanian agro-food and traditional products as well as the Romanian rural space, the financial aid being awarded from the 2008 budget of the Agriculture Ministry.
3. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION on the approval of the objectives of the 9th 2008 edition of the Program aiming at the achievement of the national Anti-hail and rain stimulation system.
Note for editors: The normative act sets objectives with finalization deadline between August 30 and December 15, 2008, funds for their financing are to be covered from the budget earmarked to this end, for 2008, to the Agriculture and Rural Development Ministry
4. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION for the approval of the norms to administrate the dwellings built by the National Housing Agency the resident doctors and other young specialists from health system can benefit from
Note for editors: The county and Bucharest municipality public health authorities shall manage, on behalf of the Public Health Ministry the houses built by the National Housing Agency and which are available to resident doctors and other young specialists from the health system.
5. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION on the earmarking of a sum from the budgetary reserve Fund, at the Government disposal, stipulated in the state budget for 2008, to Calarasi County
Note for editors: Governmental funds shall be earmarked to finance the restoration and consolidation works to the Administrative Palace of Calarasi County.
