Early next week, the Justice Ministry will take all necessary measures to convey to the Superior Council of Magistracy the documents prescribed by law regarding the six candidates nominated for leading positions in the Public Ministry.
PM Victor Ponta as Minister of Justice requests the CSM Department of Prosecutors to analyze the possibility to reconsider the calendar set for legal procedures, out of the wish to ensure as soon as possible the necessary stability at the helm of Public Ministry.
