The privatization commissions appointed by the APAPS Chairman, Ovidiu Musetescu scheduled negotiations for UMUC S.A. Bucharest, ELECTRONICA S.A. Bucharest, IMUM S.A. Medgidia and CSR S.A. Resita.
For UMUC Bucharest, the bidder METACOM GRUP Constanta enhanced its offer, and negotiations are almost complete.
After the meeting held on February 2, the privatization commission for S.C. IMUM S.A. Medgidia unsealed the technical and financial offers of the three bidders: the IMUM Employees? Association, OZYASAR EMIN with RADU CONSTANTIN and AGRIROMEX A.D. S.A. The next meeting is scheduled for February 4.
The privatization commission for ELECTRONICA S.A. held the last rounds of negotiations with PC BOARDS S.A. Bucharest with CARPAT CARGO S.A. Bucharest. The privatization contract is to be signed at the end of the week.
The CSR privatization commission concluded negotiations with the bidder, SINARA Handel GmbH. The privatization contract will probably be signed by the end of next week.
