Romanian Government still awaits CSAT to be convened by the President of Romania and a position to be formulated on the completion of negotiations for the privatization of CFR Marfa(CFR Freight)

Spokesperson of the Romanian Government recalls that on the Government meeting of Wednesday, there was approved the completion of negotiations on the privatization of CFR Marfa, and they were submitted to the Supreme Council of National Defense for a position to be formulated.
Romanian Government cannot consider that this position was expressed today through the press release sent by the Presidential Administration, signed by Mr. Bogdan Oprea.

Spokesperson for the Government recalls, however, that failing to formulate a position of CSAT will be finalized by blocking privatization the establishment of a private management and restructuring of CFR Marfa (Freight) Company.
Spokesperson for the Romanian Government Andrei Zaharescu announces that, so far, CSAT has approved three times the privatization of CFR Marfa. "With or without powers, CSAT has approved three times so far, the privatization of CFR Marfa. In 2011, 2012 and 2013, there were given CSAT opinions about this privatization.
We resume the recommendation for the Spokesperson of the Presidential Administration not to communicate on behalf of CSAT, and to treat with seriousness and responsibility this issue which must be addressed in the public interest.
