The Government has decided on August 11, the transfer of the sum of 11 millions RON from the budgetary reserve Fund that is at the disposal of the Government on 2005 in the budget of Chamber of Deputies. The money allocated do not represents a supplementary of the funds of the Chamber of Deputies. The funds proceed from the budget of this institution. Namely, the Chamber of Deputies has transferred this sum in the reserve Fund that is at the budgetary disposal, afterward to be allocated through Government Decision to the Chapter "Material expenses and services", item 30 "Other expenses" of the Chamber of Deputies.

The Government Decision was necessary because, according to the Law of Public Finance, the Chamber of Deputies cannot re-allocate a sum from an expenses chapter to other.
