The Executive adopted six decisions for infrastructure development
Today, the Executive adopted a set of six decisions that will contribute to the development and modernization of transport infrastructure, Mrs. Ioana Muntean, Spokesperson for the Government has announced at the press briefing held at Victoria Palace.
The adopted legislative acts aim at ensuring the lands necessary for the infrastructure projects, approval of technical – economic indicators and start of expropriation procedures. To ensure the necessary plots of land, whereby a decision approved on today’s meeting, the Executive decided to pass into the state public domain and the administration of the Transport and Infrastructure Ministry of a land plot of 11.000 square meters of land.
The land is necessary to finalize the construction works to the fourth section Drajna- Festesti, and fifth section Fetesti – Cernavoda within Bucharest – Cernavoda Motorway. “It is an important infrastructure objective, taking into account the fact that the Bucuresti – Cernavoda Motorway is component of the North – South Trans – European Motorway that will ensure the road communications on the north – south and western European directions”, the Spokesperson for the Executive has stated.
Whereby other decision, the Executive approved the passing into the administration of the Transport and Infrastructure Ministry of a land area of 1.100 square meters with a view to finalizing the works to crossroads DN1 with DJ 767 H(Sacadat commune, Bihor County).
With a view to starting the expropriation procedures, the Executive adopted two decisions, Mrs. Ioana Muntean has announced. One refers to the start of expropriation procedures for the real estate about to be expropriated on the location of the works “Cluj East Detour road”, The necessary funds, worth 12, 5 million lei will be earmarked from state budget, whereby the budget of the Transport and Infrastructure Ministry.
The second decision aims at the start of the expropriation procedures of real estate to be expropriated on the location of public utility work “West Ploiesti Ring road”. The overall funds amount to 1,606 million lei and are assured whereby the budget of the Ministry of Transports and Infrastructure.
With respect to the technical – economic indicators, Mrs. Ioana Muntean has stated that the Executive approved, among other two decisions, the technical – economic indicators with a view to modernizing National Road 14B Teius- Copsa – Mica, respectively DN 26 Galati Murgeni. The two modernization projects aim at improvement and development of transport infrastructure of national interest, the Spokesperson for the Executive stated. The two projects will be financed from state budget, whereby the budget of the Transports and Infrastructure Ministry, in the limit of the yearly approved sums to this end.
