The Executive has approved the draft law enabling it to issue ordinances, the Spokesperson for the Executive, Mrs. Ioana Muntean has stated, at the end of today’s Executive meeting.
Through this draft law, the Executive requests the Parliament to enable it to issue ordinances in fields that are not subject to organic laws in the period between completion of first session and commencement of the second session of 2010, during which Parliament is not working in plenary ,the Spokesperson for the Executive has further stated.
Under the enabling law, the Government may issue ordinances covering some problems in areas such as: public finance and economy, transport, agriculture, public administration and internal affairs, justice.
