The Executive has taken some decisions today to back three major road infrastructure projects: Bucharest - Constanta Highway, section 6, Cernavoda – Constanta, Nadlac-Arad Motorway, namely "Constanta municipality detour road," Mrs. Ioana Muntean, Spokesperson for Executive has stated on a press briefing at the end of today’s Executive meeting.

"The Government has approved the start of expropriation procedures for private properties located on sites of the mentioned objectives and has earmarked for these projects the amount of approximately 187 million RON," Mrs. Ioana Muntean has stated.

For expropriation of properties located on Cernavoda-Constanta section of the Bucharest-Constanta Motorway, the Government has decided to earmark about 87 million lei, for those situated on the site of Nadlac-Arad Highway works, the amount earmarked raises to about 63 million RON.

 

37, 414 million RON has been earmarked today to expropriate the properties situated on the site of the work „Detour road of Constanta municipality”.The sum adds to other funds destined to the payment of damages for the properties expropriated via other previously adopted legislative acts. „In this respect, there have been earmarked 140 million RON , and if we were to count the sums distributed today too, the total funds to pay the damages necessary to the construction of the detour road of Constanta municipality amount to nearly 177 million RON”, the Spokesperson for the Executive has stated.
