The Government has decided through a Decision adopted on August 11 to establish the competent Authority for the payment agencies accreditation for agriculture, rural development and fishing, and the coordinator Organism of these payment agencies
The competent Authority constitutes a part of the structure of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forests and Rural Development and will be direct coordinated by the Minister. This will grant and/or will withdraw the functioning accreditation of the payment agencies for agriculture, rural development and fishing.
Through this Decision, the Government has modified the Government Decision no. 155/2005 concerning the organization and the functioning of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forests and Rural Development.
The functioning of these agencies is a prerequisite for the opening of the communitarian financial support after the accession to the European Union. The communitarian principle provides the fact that only the expenses made through the accredited payment agencies can be the object of the communitarian financing.
