PM Victor Ponta congratulates the Romanian athletes who won medals in Seville Championship

PM Victor Ponta greets the Romanian medalists of the European Rowing Championship in Seville. Romania won three medals on Sunday - two gold and one silver - in double sculls, 8 plus 1 and coxless four –sculls competitions.
"Congratulations to Romanian athletes who have won at the European Rowing Championship in Seville! Cristina Grigoraş and Andreea Boghian won the gold medal in the double sculls rowing, the fifth consecutive continental title for Romania in this competition.
In the team comprising Marius-Vasile Cozmiuc, George Palamariu, Cristi-Ilie Parghie, Florin Curuea won the silver medal at coxless four, "wrote Prime Minister on Facebook.
PM Victor Ponta has congratulated team of 8 plus 1, consisting of Roxana Cogianu, Ionela Zaharia, Cristina Grigoraş, Irina Dorneanu, Adelina Cojocariu, Andreea Boghian, Camelia Lupascu, Nicoleta Albu, Daniela Druncea who won the second gold medal for Romania in Seville.
The Prime Minister believes that the results are a "major victory for our country" and has outlined that the medals are "further evidence that our country is highly competitive in the international sports competitions."
