If you allow me to tell once again that I was very glad for the invitation I received from Prysmian investors, those who opened a new production line. I thanked them on behalf of the 500 employees who have a stable job requiring special training. Many young people are working here. It is an excellent sign for Romania the fact that a world leader such as Prysmian, in connection cables, in telecommunications, but also energy ones, considers Romania a place conducive to investments.

I congratulated local authorities and at the same time, I urged them to provide all necessary support for such investments to continue, to grow. Alike, I do it on behalf of the Government, and for Slatina especially, for Oltenia area, I gladly notice that new investments of world renowned companies appear, such as Prysmian, Ford, Pirelli, or other companies investing in the area. It is our obligation to work at the infrastructure, to succeed in finalizing all negotiations for Craiova – Pitesti motorway, until the end of this year, so that practically, from Craiova to Constanta, the port most surely used for exports by area producers, we have motorway, to rapidly improve the road towards Calafat Bridge which we will open, in June, to practically have that infrastructure that great producers investing in Oltenia area need to export their goods.
For the rest, all support from the Government to local authorities, thanks for those creating jobs and I further want as many events as possible to take place in Romania because we have no other chance. If we do not create jobs, if we do not have investments, any other discussions remain without object.
