1. DRAFT LAW for the ratification of the Agreement between the Romanian Government and the Government of the Turkish Republic on the acquisition of the ownership right on lands, by the diplomatic missions of the two countries, signed in Bucharest, on December 9, 2010;
2. DRAFT LAW for the ratification of the Agreement between the Romanian Government and the Government of the Saudi Arab Kingdom, on the acquisition of the ownership right on lands, by the diplomatic missions of the two states, signed in Bucharest, on February 17, 2011;
3. DRAFT LAW for the accession of Romania to the Treaty pertaining to the European System of Information on Vehicles and Driving Permits (EUCARIS), signed in Luxembourg, on June 29, 2000;

DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISIONS

1. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION on the amendment of the Executive Decision no.759/ 2010 on the granting of specific aid for the improvement of the quality of agricultural products in the ecological agriculture sector;
2. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION for the approval of the Action plan for 2011 for the implementation of the National Strategy on immigration for 2011 -2014, approved through Executive Decision no. 498/ 2011.

Note: President Traian Basescu will be present at the beginning of the Executive meeting, in order to participate in the analysis of the fulfillment stage of Romania’s international commitments, within the agreements with the IMF, European Commission and World Bank, as well as other topics related to internal current issues.
