1. DRAFT LAW for the amendment of Law 372/ 2005 on the energy performance of buildings;
2. DRAFT LAW on the conveyance of some land plots of 647 square meters in the state public domain, from the administration of the “Gheorghe Ionescu -Sisesti Academy of Agricultural and Forest Sciences” – Institute of Research –Development for sheep and goat farming- Palas Constanta, managed by the Ministry of Transports and Infrastructure, with a view to achieving by the National Company of Motorways and National Roads in Romania-SA of the investment objective "Detour of Constanta municipality";

II. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISIONS

1. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION for the amendment of Government Decision nr.975/2011 approving the granting of state aid to agricultural producers for the period 2011-2012 and the total amount allocated to this state aid;
2. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION for the amendment of the Methodological Norms to enforce the Government Emergency Ordinance nr.66/2011 on preventing, finding and punishing irregularities occurred in the collection and use of EU funds and / or their respective national public funds, approved by Executive Decision nr.875/2011;
3. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION on the supplementation of the budget of the Ministry of Public Finances to pay execution orders under Government Emergency Ordinance nr.71/2009 on the payment of amounts provided in execution titles, having as object granting of salary rights to the public sector employees, with subsequent amendments ;

4. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION approving the list of 26 priority investment targets for restoration of forest roads affected by floods and correction of torrents in forest areas and of the main features and their related economic indicators;

6. DRAFT EXECUTIVE DECISION on the supplementation of the budget of Ministry of Justice, High Court of Cassation and Justice, Public Ministry and the Superior Council of Magistracy for the payment of executive orders under Government Emergency Ordinance nr.71/2009 on the payment of amounts provided in execution titles covering labor rights of public sector staff, with subsequent amendments;
